2 Months

Today, Charlie is 2 Months old!  

He is really becoming more alert each day.  The most exciting thing this month has been his smile!  He loves smiling at us after he eats and it couldn't be any cuter!  He obviously LOVES eating and is growing rapidly.  I already packed up all the newborn clothes and he has grown out of most of the 3 month stuff!  We think he weighs about 14 pounds but will know for sure at his appointment next week.

We are finally on a schedule during the day and i'm loving it.  He is eating every three hours with a cluster feed before bed.  He is still sleeping in the co-sleeper in our room and waking in the night to eat just once.  Just this week he has started doing 5 and 6 hour stretches.  Derek is still enjoying his full nights rest in the guest room on the other end of the house with Hayes!  Thankfully, with Charlie being a second child, we know there is light at the end of the tunnel.  

We are just enjoying him so much!  Here is our little ghost...

October Catch Up

Having another baby has really yet to slow us down this month!  We have been having lots of fun dressing up as Superman at Shipwrecked...

Fun with the Odom Boys

On Thursday, Hayes didn't have school so we joined the Odom's at the Zoo!  We always love going to the zoo with Gaines and Will and this was the first time Charlie got to go with them.  Christy bought the boys the cutest matching UT shirts that they all wore.  Thanks so much for all the adorable pictures!

6 Weeks Old

Today, Charlie is six weeks old!  I had my check-up with Dr. Morgan today and I brought him for her to see! Since she didn't get to deliver him, I wanted to make sure to get a picture with her and her nurse, Lisa.  They were both wonderful and took such good care of me and Charlie throughout my pregnancy!

The last week or so he has really become alert!  He loves the rainforest bouncer and loves looking at the toys on his play mat and the mobile on the swing...
