Miscellaneous May

May was the first month where we really could play outside using water!  So we purchased "Pirate Bay" for our backyard knowing that we would probably be home a lot this summer.  It has been a huge hit!  Even if it only lasts one summer, it will be worth every penny:)  Below are some pictures of our new water inflatable along with others of what we've been up to this month!

Charlie: 21 Months

I can't believe Charlie is 21 Months!  

This month Charlie is obsessed with trying on our shoes!  He will run in our closet every morning and start pulling out every pair and walk around the house in them:)  

He loves eating like a big boy and likes his "blue cheerios" (fruit loops) with milk every morning now along with his breakfast bar.  Charlie still loves fruit and loves to eat his watermelon big like daddy.

He is very into being a pirate these days and will go outside and yell, "Pirate Bay" "yay"!  

He will pray with us at the table when we sing "God our father" and is starting to learn the words.  At night, he is very into reading books and loves when you sing to him.  Recently he only likes "Jesus loves the little children" and "Jesus loves me".  He will look up at me if I start singing something different and say, "Jesus".  He also likes Old McDonald and ABC's.

But the sweetest thing he has started to say this month is "I love you".  It just melts our hearts:)
