New Years Eve

We had a very "low key" NYE this year at home with the boys.  Don't worry, it was complete with a pizza party, festive decor, dance party and a 7:30pm countdown!

Charlie: 16 Months

Charlie is 16 Months!

Despite Charlie's visit to the ER this month, it has otherwise been so much fun!  It was great to see Charlie take in all of the Christmas festivities!  His vocabulary is expanding everyday!

He is OBSESSED with brushing his teeth and would stand in front of the sink for hours!  Everytime the door to the bathroom is left open he bolts in there!  He has lots and lots of teeth coming in:)

He is learning to use utensils this month and is doing a pretty good job!

Bath time is one of his most favorite parts of the day!  We started letting him have bubble baths this month which he loves as well.

His nickname this month is "bruiser" because he is all over the place and has no fear!  He LOVES climbing on everything and seems to always be getting hurt :(

We love our "Char" so very much!!

Visit from Granny & Baboo

Granny & Baboo came to visit the weekend after Christmas and brought even more toys!  Hayes enjoyed Granny reading him books and Charlie said "Baboo" for the first time!

Christmas Day

On Christmas morning, we awoke to sounds coming from the Living Room.  I sat up in bed and said "Hayes"?  He quickly yelled back, "MAMA, DADDY, SANTA CAME!!"  We hopped out of bed to discover Hayes in the dark looking at all his toys:)

Hayes' favorite toy probably was his Monsters Incorporated play set and Charlie loved his new broom and dust pan the best!

Christmas Afternoon, we headed to my parents house to celebrate with Gran Melin, Papa Chuck and Aunt Jenny Beth!
