3 Months

Today, Charlie is 3 Months Old!

This month he has rolled over for the first time (front to back), sat in an excersaucer for the first time, and been left at both the church and the Y nursery for the first time!  But the most exciting thing he did this month is laugh!  It is seriously the cutest when he "chuckles"...

Charlie is currently eating 5 times a day and once over night.  It's probably getting close to "crying it out" for that over night feeding.  Surprisingly, i'm really not rushing to drop that feeding quite yet.  I realize how fast they grow up and i'm savoring those quiet moments in the middle in the night where we can just snuggle!

Thanksgiving Weekend

This past weekend, we headed to East Tennessee to celebrate Thanksgiving with Derek's side of the family!  It was our first trip away with Charlie and now I know why!  It is amazing how much stuff two little boys require but we somehow managed to pack it all up in Derek's truck.  We arrived Wednesday night to Harriman and celebrated Thanksgiving on Thursday afternoon with Derek's mom's side of the family.  It was great spending time with lots of family and eating too much delicious food!

On Friday morning, we went to Sweetwater to see Derek's Dad's side of the family.  Hayes loved visiting Papa Blands farm for the first time...

On Saturday, we took the boys to their first UT game!  We are having a horrible season, so we figured it would be a less crowded game.  We didn't, however, plan for it to be so cold!  Here we are all bundled up...

Well, another year has come and gone and now i'm thirty one!  Time is certainly marching on!  Derek took me to a nice dinner at Ruth's Chris (sorry for the super fuzzy photo) and we had a great time eating  dinner just the two of us...

I feel really blessed to really not have wanted anything for my birthday.  I already have everything I could ever need!  However, my parents helped us complete our dining room with our first custom drapes.  I guess this means I must really be getting old!!

November Fun

November seems to be flying by!  Probably because we have been super busy.

WOW!  It's been a fun month!
